7 night weekly rentals cannot begin on a Saturday
Reservation dates are permanently blocked upon receipt back of signed Rental Agreement and booking deposit.
Only pets allowed are dogs and are approved on a case-by-case basis. Non-refundable pet fee
Courtyards and Decorative Courtyard Fencing not are not intended to restrain pets - use personal leash/tie ups for pets.
*Courtesy and consideration of neighbors expected re: barking and pet waste/scooping.
Bringing non-preapproved pets onto premises (belonging to guest or member of guest party) will result in forfeiture of reservation.
Dogs must be housebroken, past puppy/chewing-hood, and non-shedding breeds. Additional non-refundable pet fee required. Pets are to be kept off beds and furnishings.
$100 cancellation fee on all cancellations.
Fee increases to $300 if you cancel within 30 - 60 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit all monies paid unless reservation is rescheduled or rebooked
